Voluntary Cancellation Before Program Start Date: A student may request to cancel their enrollment prior to the program Start date outlined on their enrollment agreement. Students do not need to request this cancellation in writing, however, to avoid confusion, an email to you the admissions team, or our Professional Education Consultant is believed to be the best step to requesting cancellation of enrollment. For cancellation before the Start date to be honored, it must be completed by 11:59 PM the day prior to the Start Date. Should a student decide to cancel prior to the start date, there will be no penalties or financial responsibility associated with the student or student’s account.

Student Voluntary Cancellation Following Program Start Date: Student are allowed 30 days following the program Start date on the EA to cancel their enrollment with Emet Global Education Group. This enrollment period is considered the Early Enrollment Period (EEP). A written cancellation request must be provided if a student has logged into their classes during the first three days following their Start date. A written request is also required following the first three days after the Program Start Date if the student is still in EEP-Active status.

Administrative Cancelation: Students can be involuntarily cancelled within the first 3 days of their program for non-attendance or non-participation. Students who have been cancelled administratively cannot make a refund request but can submit an appeal for re-enrollment.

If the student would like a refund, they must see our refund policy regarding refunds pertaining to the first 30 days. Any separation beyond the first 30 days; the student must contact the Academic Division or Office of Registrar as well as review their Student Catalog on our withdrawal/ drop policy.
